Specific Criteria
1. Must be RN - BSN preferred.
2. Respiratory knowledge base and/or Critical Care Experience.
3. Able to be global thinker on a clinical basis - assess patient status -determine potential outcome status.
4. Provide manager direction to similar type of employees (Admit CCase Mgrs.)
5. Financial background- basic understanding of financial reimbursement systems.
6. Public speaking at educational sessions, interacts with referring MDs.
7. Adaptability, global creative thinking, able to manage many projects at same time. must be ok with change process.
On-site evaluations 25 to 33% of the time.
